Preparation
- Mix 200 g of sour cream with 1 tablespoon of oregano. Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper to taste.
- Slice the 3 tomatoes and the 3 mozzarella balls.
- Spread 1-2 tablespoons of the sour cream mixture onto each wrap.
- Top the wraps with 6 lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, and mozzarella.
- Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of green pesto and season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
- Roll the wrap tightly and store it in the refrigerator until serving.
Notes
Serve chilled for the best flavor. Cut in half for easier eating and pair with a side salad or crispy chips. Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
