Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 piece bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 piece cucumber, sliced
  • 4 pieces soft tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the pan until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from pan, let rest for a minute, then slice.
Coating Chicken
  1. In the same pan, add sweet chili sauce and return the chicken to coat it in the sauce.
Assembling Wraps
  1. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  2. Assemble the wraps by laying down lettuce, sliced bell pepper, and cucumber on each tortilla, then top with sweet chili chicken.
  3. Roll up the tortillas tightly and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve warm. Add extra toppings like sliced avocado, cilantro, or lime juice for more flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
