  • Assorted Assorted fresh vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, radishes, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes) Choose a variety of colorful vegetables for vibrant presentation.
For the Green Goddess Dip
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, tarragon)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Wash and cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a platter.
  2. In a bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Serving
  1. Serve the green goddess dip alongside the crudites.

Notes

Store leftover vegetables and dip separately in airtight containers. Vegetables can be stored in the fridge for up to two days, while the dip can last for about three days.
