Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 4 slices Cheese (e.g., cheddar or American) Choose your favorite type of cheese.
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste.
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste.
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
For assembly
  • 8 pieces Tortillas (flour or corn) Use either flour or corn based on preference.
  • to taste Toppings (e.g., lettuce, tomato, pickles, sauce) Customize with your preferred toppings.

Preparation
  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into small balls and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Cooking
  1. Place the balls onto the hot surface and smash them down with a spatula to form thin patties.
  2. Cook until browned and crispy on the edges.
  3. Place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and allow it to melt.
Assembly
  1. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  2. Assemble the tacos by placing the patties with melted cheese on the tortillas.
  3. Add your desired toppings, fold the tortillas, and serve immediately.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider adding smoked paprika or chili powder to the beef seasoning. Use a hot skillet to achieve crispy burger edges. Store components separately if you have leftovers.
