  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt as a substitute
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic Minced

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the cilantro, green peppers, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, garlic, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust seasoning as needed for taste.

Notes
