Dressing Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Can adjust amount based on taste.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Adjust according to preference.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, cubed watermelon, and thinly sliced red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes
