  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Use room temperature to mix easily.
  • 1 can Peach Pie Filling Can be store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 crust Graham Cracker Crust Use pre-made or homemade.
  • 2 peaches Fresh Peaches Optional for topping; use ripe for best flavor.

Preparation
  1. Prepare the Crust: If making a homemade crust, crumble graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into a pie dish. If using a pre-made crust, set it aside.
  2. Make the Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gently fold in Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. Add the Peach Pie Filling: Stir in the peach pie filling until evenly distributed. Optionally, fold in fresh peach slices.
  4. Assemble the Pie: Spoon the peach mixture into the prepared crust, smoothing it out.
  5. Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Overnight is preferred.
  6. Serve: Once set, slice and serve chilled. Optionally, top with fresh peach slices or more Cool Whip.

Notes

Ensure to chill the pie adequately for best results. Adjust sweetness to taste if desired and explore additional flavors by adding extracts.
