- Prepare the Crust: If making a homemade crust, crumble graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into a pie dish. If using a pre-made crust, set it aside.
- Make the Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gently fold in Cool Whip until well combined.
- Add the Peach Pie Filling: Stir in the peach pie filling until evenly distributed. Optionally, fold in fresh peach slices.
- Assemble the Pie: Spoon the peach mixture into the prepared crust, smoothing it out.
- Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Overnight is preferred.
- Serve: Once set, slice and serve chilled. Optionally, top with fresh peach slices or more Cool Whip.
