Preparation

- Add minced garlic, chopped tomatoes, and shaved parmesan on top of the asparagus.
Cooking
- Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
Serve hot as a tasty side dish, pairs well with grilled meats or pasta. For extra zest, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving. If using frozen asparagus, thaw and drain excess moisture before roasting.
