Combine and chill
- Pour the filling over the chilled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Serving
- Once set, carefully release the cheesecake from the springform pan.
- Slice and serve with your favorite toppings.
