Notes

Margarita Balls make a great appetizer or dessert. Serve them chilled on a platter at your next gathering with a small toothpick for easy serving. They pair well with drinks, especially margaritas. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze them with parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking. For a colorful look, add lime zest on top of the coconut flakes for decoration.
