  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 piece lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 cup heavy cream Adjust creaminess as desired.

Method
 

Cooking the Chicken
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the lemon juice and zest, and cook for another minute.
  3. Lower the heat and add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Final Touches
  1. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce. Let simmer for a few minutes.
  2. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh lemon juice and zest. Adjust the creaminess by adding more or less heavy cream. Ensure the chicken is fully cooked for safety. Stir the sauce frequently to prevent sticking.
