- Prepare a shot of espresso or brew some strong coffee, then let it cool slightly.
Combine Ingredients
- In a tall glass, add ice cubes.
- Pour the cooled coffee over the ice.
- Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of the lavender syrup, adjusting to your sweetness preference.
Add Milk
- Top off your latte with your choice of milk.
- Stir gently to mix.
Garnish (Optional)
- If you’re feeling fancy, sprinkle a few lavender buds on top for a beautiful finish.
Notes
Store lavender syrup in the fridge for up to two weeks. Can freeze in ice cube trays for later use. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
