For the Latte
  • 1 shot espresso or strong coffee Brew your favorite kind.
  • 1 cup milk Any type of milk (dairy or plant-based).
  • 1 cup ice Essential for serving cold.

Method
 

Make the Lavender Syrup
  1. In a small saucepan, combine equal parts water and honey with a tablespoon of lavender.
  2. Bring to a gentle simmer and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
  3. Strain to remove the lavender blossoms and set aside to cool.
Brew Your Coffee
  1. Prepare a shot of espresso or brew some strong coffee, then let it cool slightly.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a tall glass, add ice cubes.
  2. Pour the cooled coffee over the ice.
  3. Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of the lavender syrup, adjusting to your sweetness preference.
Add Milk

Notes

Store lavender syrup in the fridge for up to two weeks. Can freeze in ice cube trays for later use. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
