Ingredients
  

Pie Filling
  • 4 cups watermelon, pureed Make sure to puree the watermelon well to avoid any lumps.
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk Adjust sweetness based on preference.
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
Crust and Garnish
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • to taste Mint leaves for garnish Optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pureed watermelon, whipped cream, sweetened condensed milk, and lime juice until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
  3. Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  4. Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves if desired and slice to serve.

Notes

Serve chilled from the freezer with extra whipped cream or fresh fruit on top. To store leftovers, cover tightly and keep in the freezer for up to 1 week.
