Preparation
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the peaches in half and remove the pit. The skin can be left on.
Grilling
- Lightly oil the grill grates.
- Place the peach halves cut-side down on the grill and grill for 3–4 minutes until charred.
- Flip the peaches and grill for another 2 minutes.
Assembly
- Transfer the grilled peaches to a serving platter.
- Spoon mascarpone into the center of each peach half.
- Drizzle honey over the peaches and mascarpone. Dust with cinnamon if using and top with fresh mint.
Notes
You can store grilled peaches in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Drizzle with honey and add mascarpone before serving for best results.
