Cooking Chicken

Cooking Asparagus
- In the same skillet, add the asparagus, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
Combining Ingredients
- Return the chicken to the skillet with the asparagus. Add the lemon zest and lemon juice, and toss everything together.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Serve the dish warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
To store leftovers, place them in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through. Make sure not to overcrowd the skillet when cooking the chicken. You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini for a colorful twist.
