Cooking
- Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Once hot, ladle a scoop of batter onto the iron. Close the lid and cook until the waffles are golden brown and crispy, which usually takes about 4-5 minutes.

- Transfer the waffles to a plate and serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Resting the batter for 10 minutes can create even fluffier waffles. Use a measuring cup for even portions. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
