Layering
- In a large baking dish, layer half of the Doritos chips; top with half of the beef mixture, half of the black beans, and half of the salsa.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes. Top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and chopped green onions before serving.
