- In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir in the chopped pistachios.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and enjoy. Optionally, top with additional pistachios or fresh fruits.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. You may need to add a little more milk in the morning to loosen them up.
