- Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then whisk again to break up any clumps of chia seeds.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours, or overnight if you can plan ahead.
- Once set, give the pudding a good stir. It should be thick and creamy!
- Serve it chilled, topped with your favorite fruits, nuts, or granola.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding cocoa powder or fruit puree. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days and stir before serving.
