Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 loaf loaf of bread (like French or Italian)
  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the bread in a crisscross pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Cut the brie cheese into small pieces and insert them into the cuts of the bread.
  4. Spoon cranberry sauce over the bread, letting it sink into the cuts.
  5. Mix melted butter with chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper, then drizzle it over the bread.
Baking
  1. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Remove from the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden and gooey.
Serving
  1. Serve warm and encourage guests to pull apart the bread for a casual and engaging experience.

Notes

Use fresh, high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Experiment with different types of cheese, and consider adding a drizzle of honey or nuts for extra flavor.
