- Rinse the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves under cool water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.

- If using a large mozzarella ball, cut it into bite-sized pieces. If using mozzarella balls, simply halve them.
- Gently tear the fresh basil leaves into smaller pieces to release their aroma and flavor.
Combining and Dressing
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, mozzarella, and torn basil.
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently toss everything together until well coated. Enjoy immediately.

Use the ripest tomatoes and the freshest mozzarella for the best flavor. Avoid dressing until just before serving for freshness. Consider adding avocado or arugula for extra flavor.
