- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, parsley, breadcrumbs, and olive oil. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties.
Cooking
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
Making the Sauce
- For the garlic yogurt sauce, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Serving
- Serve the chicken kofta warm on a plate with a side of garlic yogurt sauce.
- You can also add some fresh salad, pita bread, or rice to make a complete meal.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store the kofta and sauce separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Gently warm the kofta in a skillet or microwave before serving.
