  • 2 pieces Naan bread Use store-bought or homemade naan.
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast, sliced Use leftover or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1/2 cup Hummus You can use store-bought or homemade hummus.
  • 1 cup Fresh vegetables (e.g., lettuce, cucumber, bell peppers) Use a variety of colorful vegetables.
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinaigrette Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 cup Salty cheese (e.g., feta or goat cheese) Crumbled for easy sprinkling.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spread a generous layer of hummus on the naan bread.
  2. Layer the sliced chicken breast on top of the hummus.
  3. Add your choice of fresh vegetables for crunch.
  4. Drizzle with red wine vinaigrette.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled salty cheese on top.
  6. Roll the naan up tightly to form a wrap.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

These wraps are best served fresh. Serve them with extra hummus or fresh veggies for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within a day or two.
