Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, diced ham, diced Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Cooking
  1. In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Cook the meatballs in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  3. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  4. Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
