  • 8 pieces Wraps (tortillas)
  • 1 cup Cream cheese
  • 8 slices Sliced turkey or ham Choose your favorite meat or protein
  • 2 cups Lettuce Rinsed and chopped
  • 1 cup Sliced bell peppers Use multiple colors for variety
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar, mozzarella or your choice
  • 1 cup Sliced cucumbers
  • to taste Dijon mustard or mayo Optional for added flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla wrap.
  2. Layer turkey or ham, lettuce, bell peppers, cucumbers, and shredded cheese on top.
  3. Drizzle with Dijon mustard or mayo if desired.
  4. Roll the wraps tightly and slice them into pinwheels or halves.
  5. Serve on a large platter for guests to enjoy.

Notes

For a fun and vibrant look, use different colors of bell peppers. You can also add more veggies like shredded carrots or spinach for additional crunch. Flavored cream cheese can provide a unique twist.
