- Arrange slices of avocado, tomato, and mozzarella on a serving platter, alternating the ingredients.
- Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the layers.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within a day or two to avoid browning of avocados.
